Koshu Club Debuts in Buckhead From the Team Behind Michelin-Starred Mujō
Chef J. Trent Harris, the James Beard finalist behind omakase favorite Mujō, has opened a new Buckhead restaurant anchored by binchotan-grilled wagyu, silken vegetable dishes, and a serious sake and wine program. The restaurant comes from Castellucci Hospitality Group, also behind Cooks & Soldiers and Iberian Pig.
