Chastain Park neighbors in Buckhead are pushing back on a newly added Oct. 31 concert at Synovus Bank Amphitheater, according to Fox 5 Atlanta. The worry is simple: 6,200 concertgoers driving in on the same night thousands of kids are walking the same streets.

"We don't have sidewalks on many of our streets, so kids are out in the street. And normally, you know, kids, wagon strollers, golf carts, scooters outnumber cars that evening." (Joe York, Chastain Park Civic Association president)

The civic association is asking organizers to reschedule. Live Nation said in a statement that organizers are meeting with the City of Atlanta, Sandy Springs, and the civic association and will keep coordinating with local officials. The city has not responded to Fox 5's questions about traffic control or event permits.

No word yet on whether the date will move. If you trick-or-treat around Chastain, this is one to watch over the next few weeks.
