Koshu Club is set to bring a classic Japanese Shōwa-era supper experience to Buckhead. The restaurant offers an intimate dining experience with a unique blend of Japanese influences on the menu.

The restaurant is brought to the neighborhood by Castellucci Hospitality Group and Chef J. Trent Harris, who brings experience from the Michelin-starred restaurant MUJŌ. It brings the spirit of the Japanese Shōwa-era supper experience, creating an elegant ambiance.

The name 'Koshu' refers to intentionally aged sake, and 'Club' captures the energetic vibe guests can expect. The restaurant is located at 99 West Paces Ferry Road NW and will open daily from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

The menu blends traditional Japanese (washoku) with Western-influenced Japanese (yoshoku) dishes, focusing on high-quality seafood and premium meats like wagyu. Items are cooked using the sumibiyaki method, slow-grilled over charcoal to bring out rich flavor.
