The intersection of 10th Street and Hemphill Avenue will be completely closed for about four weeks starting Monday while crews replace a large water valve. The work is part of the city's water distribution maintenance program and will run Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Drivers should expect detours throughout the area.
