Little Tart Bakeshop is bringing its pastries to Candler Park this fall, with founder Sarah O'Brien announcing a fourth location at 1643 McLendon Ave. NE.

But that's only half the story. The team is also taking over the neighboring unit for a sister concept called Midi, a sandwich shop inspired by O'Brien's love of Parisian cafes.

"I see these new spaces as a culmination of it all, a true distillation of what we want to eat, and thus what we want to make for you," O'Brien wrote on Instagram. "America is my country, but I have two hometowns. I love them both with my whole heart, and can't wait to bring a little bit more of my affection for Paris to Atlanta."

Midi will offer sandwiches made with homemade bread and local ingredients, along with salads, small bites, and a wine and cocktail program. The concept will also incorporate elements of O'Brien's Big Softie ice cream brand.

Both spots are expected to open this fall. Little Tart currently operates locations in Grant Park, Krog Street Market, and Westside Provisions District.
