New to the April 2026 update: local favorite sandwich and coffee shop Sammy's in Adair Park, longtime institution Alon's Bakery, and convivial neighborhood wine bar Madeira Park join the list.
The update also notes significant leadership changes at longtime Eater 38 mainstay and one-Michelin-starred Lazy Betty, including the departures of co-founder and executive chef Aaron Phillips, chef de cuisine Austin Goetzman, beverage director Conrad Helms, and general manager Shannon Dunlap.
