Barnes & Noble is coming to Toco Hills. The bookstore chain has signed a lease for a 14,000-square-foot space in the shopping center, with plans to open in September.
The location will occupy the former Westside Market space. Developer EDENS owns Toco Hills and is also redeveloping the former North DeKalb Mall site into a mixed-use project.
This will be Barnes & Noble's 12th Atlanta-area location, joining stores in Buckhead, The Avenue at West Cobb, and Mall of Georgia. The chain is also reopening its Edgewood Retail District location this spring.
Barnes & Noble has been on an expansion tear after years of closures, announcing plans to open 60 new stores in 2026.
