Ahead of the tournament, more than 100 organizations including the Council for Global Equality and the ACLU issued a travel advisory warning LGBTQ+ visitors, immigrants, and minority fans about safety risks in the U.S. Rough Draft Atlanta reports that two local groups are answering that concern head-on. All Stripes, Atlanta United's LGBTQ+ supporter group, is teaming with Pride House, an international organization that builds safe spaces for queer fans at major sporting events, for Atlanta's run of eight matches from June 15 to July 15.

The partnership runs on two tracks. There are the parties, with watch events planned at venues like Decatur WatchFest, The Works on the Upper Westside, and Lore. And there is the logistics work: All Stripes and Pride House will staff tables at Mercedes-Benz Stadium with embassy and emergency contact information for international visitors, and coordinate with event organizers to keep the stadium environment inclusive.

"We are ready to show visiting fans that same supportive, rowdy experience they'd find at any of our local matches," All Stripes President Melanie Koerting told Rough Draft, calling the Pride House crossover a natural one given the group's year-round work making soccer accessible for queer fans. With Pride Month underway in Atlanta, an event calendar is set to launch at pridehouseunited2026.com/atlanta.
