Atlanta's signature celebration of Black culture returns next week. 404 Day falls on April 4, and Official 404 Day has a full slate of events planned in partnership with Atlanta Influences Everything and Butter.ATL.
The 404 Day Block Party takes over Underground Atlanta from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 4. Expect live music, food trucks, interactive experiences, and local vendors. It's free, but RSVP in advance to guarantee your spot.
The 404 Day Parade kicks off at 10 a.m. that same morning, marching down Peachtree Street with floats, marching bands, and dancers. And if you want to support the cause, The 404 Fund Scholarship Gala happens Thursday, April 2, at Monday Night Brewing's Garage location. Tickets are $150 and tax-deductible.
"Globally, Atlanta culture is important, and it has been for a long time," says Tory Edwards, co-founder of Atlanta Influences Everything.
