The Veridian Buckhead development is coming into focus on Pharr Road, about a block and a half west of Peachtree Road. The project replaces the two-story Pharr Manor Apartments with something considerably more ambitious: a first phase of eight modern townhomes designed by Xmetrical, an Atlanta architecture firm known for contemporary residential projects across the city.
Listing agent Allen Snow of Intown Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty says the townhomes are designed to "set a new benchmark for luxury townhome living in Atlanta." The units will step with the sloped terrain, positioned to maximize city views to the south and east. Planned features include modern facades and balconies oriented toward the skyline.
The project has been in Buckhead's development pipeline for three years. A second phase will bring a high-rise component with for-sale condos, though the timeline on that portion hasn't been announced. The site sits near Buckhead Village and Restoration Hardware Atlanta, in one of the neighborhood's most walkable pockets.
