A new 16-home infill project called The Row 900 is going up on the 900 block of Hank Aaron Drive in Peoplestown, right on the path of MARTA's new Rapid A-Line. Homes range from 1,500 to 2,000 square feet with prices starting around $600K.

Peoplestown is getting a 16-home new construction development called The Row 900, going up on Hank Aaron Drive and Crew Street. The project, designed by Goodman Design Co. and built by WilliamMarkDesigns, offers three- and four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,500 to 2,000 square feet. Some lots include an optional ADU for a guesthouse or rental unit.

The location is hard to beat for southside connectivity. The development sits directly on MARTA's new Rapid A-Line, the five-mile bus rapid transit loop that starts passenger service April 18. It's also just four blocks north of Terminal South and close to the BeltLine Southside Trail entry point that's expected to open before the FIFA World Cup this summer.
