If you've walked the Eastside Trail through Reynoldstown lately, you've probably noticed that big empty lot at Chester and Fulton Terrace. It's been sitting there since Toll Brothers cleared the former buildings nearly five years ago. Well, construction is finally happening.

Embry Development purchased the 2-acre site from Toll Brothers two years ago and brought in Lennar to build 33 townhomes. According to Embry's Mike Embry, the first units should hit the market late Q3 or early Q4 this year. The townhomes will stand in three buildings along Fulton Terrace.

There's also a five-story condo component planned for the site, though details on that are still coming. Either way, it's good to see this prime BeltLine-adjacent lot finally getting developed after years of sitting empty.
