About Poncey-Highland
Poncey-Highland sits between Virginia-Highland and Old Fourth Ward along the Ponce de Leon Avenue corridor. It's a small neighborhood with an outsized cultural footprint thanks to landmarks like the Plaza Theatre (Atlanta's last independent movie theater), the Clermont Lounge (if you know, you know), and its proximity to both the BeltLine and the Ponce corridor restaurants.
The housing is a mix of bungalows, larger homes, and some apartment buildings along the main corridors. The neighborhood benefits from its in-between location: you're walking distance to both the Highland Avenue restaurant scene and Ponce City Market on the BeltLine. It's less of a destination on its own and more of a perfectly positioned home base for accessing everything the east side has to offer.
