Little Five Points is getting more tacos. Local brand Taqueria Taquito Express has filed permits for a new location at 1165 McLendon Ave. NE, according to What Now Atlanta.
The permit covers renovations on a compact 350-square-foot building, so expect a tight, order-and-go kind of spot. The menu runs the full lineup: tacos, burritos, tortas, quesadillas, nachos, and pupusas.
Owner Chris Murphy confirmed the location, which is listed as coming soon on the company's website. It joins a growing local footprint of a dozen or so Taquito Express spots around metro Atlanta, and it lands the brand squarely in one of the city's most walkable, character-heavy corners.
