The Atlanta Influences Everything brand, born from a phrase Atlanta native Bem Joiner made into a movement, now has a storefront inside the busiest airport in the world. The latest AIE outpost opened Wednesday on Concourse B at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, with Mayor Andre Dickens among the notable guests expected.

AIE is the company founded by Tory Edwards (operations and content), Joiner (innovation and civic), and Ian Ford (creative). It has spun the "Atlanta Influences Everything" mantra into 404 Day, Atlanta United uniforms, local and international collaborations, and a growing line of apparel.

"This is big, not only for us but for the city we love," Ford told Capital B Atlanta. "We know and believe that Atlanta really does influence everything. And now we are on a huge stage to share this belief with the world. This is the busiest airport in the world, with millions of people touching down every week."

The store stocks a curated run of exclusive apparel and items from local creators. It expands from AIE's flagship hub on Edgewood Avenue, which remains the cultural anchor for the brand. For the city's Edgewood corridor, the airport win is a nice signal boost for one of Atlanta's most defining independent labels.
