Pie Bar is bringing a new cafe to Westside Market this year, marking the brand's first step into the Atlanta market proper.
Owner Dominie Garcia, who took over Pie Bar in October, told What Now Atlanta that the shop is targeting a May opening. The brand currently has three locations in Woodstock, Marietta Square, and Kennesaw.
The new location will serve pies alongside espresso beverages. Garcia said the in-store selection will be smaller than the existing shops, but customers can order any pie option ahead for pickup. The menu includes sweet options like lemon meringue, apple streusel, and peanut butter cream, plus take-and-bake savory pies including chicken pot pie and shepherd's pie.
The expansion to Westside Market represents what Garcia described as the start of organic growth for the brand as she looks to expand Pie Bar's reach across Atlanta.
