Paris Baguette, the Korean bakery franchise that's been expanding aggressively across metro Atlanta, has a new Midtown location in the works. The cafe will open in a 2,144-square-foot space at 1100 Peachtree St. NE, according to a recent permit filing.
The spot puts it right in the heart of Midtown's Peachtree corridor, near the recently completed 1105 West Peachtree development and within easy reach of the growing lunch crowd from nearby office towers. Paris Baguette is known for its pastries, sandwiches, and coffee, occupying a niche between a fast-casual bakery and a sit-down cafe.
This will be one of several Paris Baguette locations in metro Atlanta, as the brand continues its push into the Southeast market.
