About Bolton
Bolton is a northwest Atlanta neighborhood along the Chattahoochee River, one of the few ITP areas with actual river access. It's a mix of mid-century ranch homes and newer construction, with the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area trails right in the backyard. Bolton has a small commercial strip along Bolton Road and benefits from proximity to the Riverside/Whittier Mill area, which has seen significant investment. The neighborhood is relatively affordable for how much green space surrounds it.
