Nearly a year after Edibles.com launched online, the company has opened its first brick-and-mortar store in Inman Park. The flagship location sits steps from the BeltLine, surrounded by neighborhood spots like Del Bar and Painted Park.
The Atlanta-based company is trying to do something different in the hemp-derived THC space: build a retail model focused on trust, compliance, and education rather than just moving product. The store features a concierge-style experience with staff trained to answer questions about products and dosing.
Customers must be 21 or older with valid ID. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. With hemp regulation still a moving target in Georgia, the company is betting that a legitimate, transparent approach will win out over the smoke shop model.
