Kimball House, one of metro Atlanta's most celebrated cocktail bars and restaurants, announced Thursday that it will open a second location in the Krog Street Market expansion along the BeltLine in Inman Park. Co-owners Miles Macquarrie and Jesse Smith said the new 3,200-square-foot space will feature a dedicated raw bar, an expanded cocktail program, and a small plates menu distinct from the Decatur original.
The expansion comes as Krog Street Market's developer, Asana Partners, continues to build out the eastern wing of the complex with a mix of restaurant and retail tenants. Kimball House will anchor the new section, which is expected to open in phases starting this summer.
"We've been part of the Decatur community for over a decade, and Inman Park felt like a natural fit for our next chapter," Macquarrie said. "The BeltLine location gives us a chance to reach a different audience while staying true to who we are." The original Decatur location will continue to operate as usual.
